Living at the base of a mountain itd be wrong not to go up it on a sunny evening, so headed for a spin, no body else up for playing, so was on me lonesome. The usual 7.5 mile spin round the block, up to the top and down the single track. Did it in 42 mins, so pleased, although I caughed up half a bowl of mushy peas on the way up!!!! Better out than in though hey!
